Ela fornece evid\u00eancias diretas que apoiam a origem das anomalias magn\u00e9ticas ao redor da Bacia do Polo Sul-Aitken (SPA).<\/p>\n<p>Os pesquisadores identificaram hematita e maghemita nas amostras lunares e confirmaram as estruturas de rede e as caracter\u00edsticas \u00fanicas dos gr\u00e3os de hematita lunar prim\u00e1ria usando v\u00e1rias t\u00e9cnicas. Essas descobertas foram publicadas na revista Science Advances.<\/p>\n<p>Desde o in\u00edcio da explora\u00e7\u00e3o lunar humana, a Lua tem sido considerada um corpo geralmente reduzido, com evid\u00eancias cr\u00edticas de processos de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o, particularmente \u00f3xidos de ferro de alta val\u00eancia como a hematita, extremamente escassos ou ausentes.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo prop\u00f5e que a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de hematita pode estar intimamente relacionada a eventos de impacto significativos na hist\u00f3ria lunar. Os produtos intermedi\u00e1rios da rea\u00e7\u00e3o durante os eventos de impacto incluem magnetita magn\u00e9tica e maghemita, que poderiam ser os portadores minerais respons\u00e1veis pelas anomalias magn\u00e9ticas observadas na borda norte da Bacia SPA por miss\u00f5es de sensoriamento remoto anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa fornece a primeira verdade fundamental sobre materiais fortemente oxidados, como a hematita, na superf\u00edcie lunar dentro de um contexto geral reduzido, lan\u00e7ando uma nova luz sobre as condi\u00e7\u00f5es redox da Lua e a origem de suas anomalias magn\u00e9ticas.<\/p>\n<p>Em 2024, a Chang&#8217;e-6 fez hist\u00f3ria ao trazer 1.935,3 gramas de amostras do lado oculto da Lua de volta \u00e0 Terra.
