Na extremidade do feixe, a raz\u00e3o de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o solar pode ultrapassar 3 mil vezes a intensidade normal. Um sistema \u00f3ptico de alta precis\u00e3o foca essa luz solar concentrada em um ponto min\u00fasculo, aquecendo-o a mais de 1.300 \u00b0C para fundir o solo lunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Os tijolos produzidos pela m\u00e1quina s\u00e3o inteiramente feitos com solo lunar in situ, sem a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de quaisquer aditivos. Al\u00e9m disso, esses tijolos de solo lunar apresentam alta resist\u00eancia e densidade, o que os torna adequados n\u00e3o apenas para constru\u00e7\u00e3o de edifica\u00e7\u00f5es, mas tamb\u00e9m para infraestrutura, como plataformas de equipamentos e pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Desde o desenho conceitual at\u00e9 o desenvolvimento do prot\u00f3tipo, a equipe de pesquisa levou cerca de dois anos para resolver diversos desafios t\u00e9cnicos futuros, como a transmiss\u00e3o eficiente de energia e o transporte do solo lunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Por exemplo, a composi\u00e7\u00e3o mineral do solo lunar varia bastante entre diferentes regi\u00f5es da Lua. Para garantir que a m\u00e1quina possa se adaptar a v\u00e1rios tipos de solo lunar, os pesquisadores desenvolveram v\u00e1rias amostras simuladas de solo lunar e realizaram uma s\u00e9rie de testes na m\u00e1quina antes de concluir o design final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong> \u00a0Construindo casas na Lua<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&#8220;Apesar dos avan\u00e7os da m\u00e1quina de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de tijolos lunares, ainda \u00e9 preciso superar outras barreiras tecnol\u00f3gicas para construir estruturas habit\u00e1veis na Lua&#8221;, afirmou Yang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Segundo ele, sob as condi\u00e7\u00f5es extremas como v\u00e1cuo elevado e baixa gravidade, os tijolos de solo lunar sozinhos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o suficientes para sustentar constru\u00e7\u00f5es habit\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&#8220;Esses tijolos servir\u00e3o principalmente como camadas protetoras externas dos habitats. Eles devem ser integrados a m\u00f3dulos estruturais r\u00edgidos e m\u00f3dulos infl\u00e1veis com revestimentos flex\u00edveis para completar a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma base lunar&#8221;, explicou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Yang tamb\u00e9m mencionou uma s\u00e9rie de avan\u00e7os tecnol\u00f3gicos que v\u00eam sendo desenvolvidos, incluindo a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de tijolos lunares, a montagem de componentes arquitet\u00f4nicos e a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de estruturas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como a valida\u00e7\u00e3o operacional tanto da m\u00e1quina de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de tijolos e quanto dos processos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o sob condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais da superf\u00edcie lunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Os m\u00f3dulos habitacionais s\u00e3o projetados para suportar a press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica necess\u00e1ria \u00e0 ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o humana e est\u00e3o preparados para se integrar \u00e0 m\u00e1quina de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de tijolos lunares e aos rob\u00f4s de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de superf\u00edcie, formando um sistema completo de edifica\u00e7\u00e3o, acrescentou ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;A China lan\u00e7ou a iniciativa da Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Pesquisa Lunar (ILRS, em ingl\u00eas), uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica experimental composta por se\u00e7\u00f5es na superf\u00edcie e na \u00f3rbita lunares. O projeto ser\u00e1 constru\u00eddo em duas fases: um modelo b\u00e1sico previsto at\u00e9 2035, na regi\u00e3o do polo sul lunar, e um modelo expandido planejado para a d\u00e9cada de 2040.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;At\u00e9 abril de 2025, um total de 17 pa\u00edses e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais, al\u00e9m de mais de 50 institui\u00e7\u00f5es de pesquisa, j\u00e1 haviam aderido \u00e0 ILRS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Cientistas chineses produziram tijolos simulados com solo lunar e os enviaram \u00e0 esta\u00e7\u00e3o espacial chinesa por meio da nave de carga Tianzhou-8, lan\u00e7ada em novembro de 2024.
