&nbsp;O equipamento foi desenvolvido em conjunto por pesquisadores do Instituto de \u00d3tica, Mec\u00e2nica Fina e F\u00edsica de Changchun da Academia Chinesa de Ci\u00eancias (CAS, em ingl\u00eas) e do Instituto de Ci\u00eancia e Engenharia do Mar Profundo da CAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;O sequenciador foi submetido a testes durante a miss\u00e3o de expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do navio de pesquisa cient\u00edfica da China Tansuo-2 no Mar do Sul da China de 3 a 9 de junho, disse o escrit\u00f3rio de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da CAS \u00e0 Xinhua nesta quarta-feira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Durante a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima, o sequenciador de gene biol\u00f3gico, a bordo do laborat\u00f3rio in-situ em alto mar, foi aplicado duas vezes, atingindo uma profundidade m\u00e1xima de 1.380 metros, segundo a CAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Durante o teste, o sequenciador realizou o sequenciamento cont\u00ednuo por oito horas na primeira implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e, na segunda implanta\u00e7\u00e3o, completou todo o processo de sequenciamento de genes, trabalhando sem parar por 30 horas com identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de alta qualidade de amostras de DNA, informou a CAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; Nearly 580 pieces (sets) of cultural relics have been unearthed from two ancient shipwrecks discovered in the South China Sea, according to the National Cultural Heritage Administration on Thursday. The relics, which include porcelain, pottery, and timber, provide concrete evidence that the Chinese ancestors explored, utilized, and traded in the South China Sea, said the administration at a press conference. The two shipwrecks from the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) were found about 1,500 meters below sea level, it said, adding that they are an important witness of trade and cultural exchanges along the ancient Maritime Silk Road.
