No entanto, seu potencial para a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o em massa \u00e9 prejudicado pela baixa velocidade de impress\u00e3o e pelas propriedades mec\u00e2nicas insuficientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;O progresso recente na impress\u00e3o 3D ultrarr\u00e1pida de fotopol\u00edmeros aliviou o problema da efici\u00eancia da fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, o desempenho mec\u00e2nico dos pol\u00edmeros impressos t\u00edpicos ainda est\u00e1 muito longe do que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel obter com as t\u00e9cnicas de processamento convencionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&#8220;Para tornar a tecnologia de impress\u00e3o 3D adapt\u00e1vel a mais cen\u00e1rios, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio alterar as propriedades do material&#8221;, disse Fang Zizheng, pesquisador da universidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Os pesquisadores desenvolveram uma qu\u00edmica de resina foto-imprim\u00edvel em 3D que produz um elast\u00f4mero com resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o de 94,6 MPa e tenacidade de 310,4 MJ m-3, ambos os quais excedem em muito os de qualquer elast\u00f4mero para impress\u00e3o 3D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Os pesquisadores imprimiram um el\u00e1stico usando esse novo material e realizaram testes de resist\u00eancia com ele.
