A constru\u00e7\u00e3o reduz drasticamente o tempo de viagem entre a cidade de Zhongshan e o centro tecnol\u00f3gico de Shenzhen, localizados em lados opostos do estu\u00e1rio do rio das P\u00e9rolas, na Prov\u00edncia de Guangdong.
